Chiesa di Santa Maria alla Porta Walking near Via Meravigli, in the heart of Roman Milan, we will come across a lovely little square, recently rearranged after years of abandonment, which hides a peculiarity: the remains of an eighteenth-century chapel which today constitute an exceptional open-air church.

L.O.V.E Eleven meters in total of provocation and irreverence. Quintals and quintals of Carrara marble modeled in a "bad gesture", almost deliberately obscene. It's a fairly clear meaning, but it never became "official". It's called "Love", the well-known finger - the work of Maurizio Cattelan - positioned in front of Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of the Stock Exchange, in Piazza degli Affari.

Piazza San Sepolcro Piazza San Sepolcro is an ancient square set in the oldest part of the center of Milan, near Piazza del Duomo. In Roman times the square was the forum of Milan. Some splendid buildings belonging to Milanese patrician families overlook and frame the square; to the left of the church, a gate opens onto the small courtyard of the Sala Federiciana, belonging to the complex of the Pinacoteca Biblioteca Ambrosiana, which closes the square.

And so Milan also has its "parlor", the nineteenth-century Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. This splendid covered passage between the Duomo and the Teatro alla Scala is the oldest shopping center in Italy, decorated with mosaics, caryatids, decorations surrounding windows and balconies. Inside there are the shops of the most luxurious brands, historic restaurants or starred chefs, legendary places where you can have an aperitif such as the "Camparino".
